The bar-restaurant of haute Japanese cuisine MAKOTO located in the World Trade Center on Krasnopresnenskaya quay. For six years the institution has become one of the favorite destinations among Japanese food lovers,because united under one roof tradition cuisine of the land of the Rising Sun with the latest gastronomic trends of whole world. MAKOTO's atmosphere is ideal for conferences and business meetings, as well as for meetings with friends or family.
Menu
At the start of the project period, the kitchen team led by specially invited Japanese chef, so the menu embodies the traditional philosophy of this country. According to her, only the best gifts of water and earth are worthy to be on the table. At the same time, the main goal of a cook is to preserve the original healthy properties and taste of the prepared products. The menu contains, as well as the dishes familiar to everyone, and the author's combination. The concept headmaster, creator and ideological inspirer of the MAKOTO restaurant Fyodor Slutsky is personally responsible for them.
Bar
Its variety of drinks, our bar can compete with the best institutions in Tokyo. Awamori, shochu, more than 30 types of sake, as well as traditional Japanese whiskey, beer and cocktails will not leave you indifferent.
For those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails and soft drinks based on yuzu and kalpisa juice, as well as traditional Japanese teas are provided.

Oyster Bar
A unique feature of the restaurant is a bar with a variety of seafood. Oysters, mussels, vongole, scallops and hedgehogs are served in native shells or prepared according to original recipes.
All seafood is delivered directly from the Japanese, Far Eastern and European fish markets and farms, therefore, they meet the best quality standards.
Kitchen
The heart of the restaurant is its cuisine, real magic happens here, so we have a special attitude to it.
Constantly improving, we reach new heights. So our cooks prepare the noodles and gyoza themselves on the newest Japanese equipment, go to Japan for training, and we bring for them the best products from the world's most famous market - Tsukiji (Toyosu).

Ramen Club
Being a flagship among Japanese restaurants, we considered it necessary to create authentic ramen. Therefore, five and a half years ago, under the strict guidance MAKOTO first appeared in Moscow Traditional Japanese noodles - Ramen-Club.
At the moment, there are already 6 institutions in Moscow. All of them are made in a single concept, but each of them carries a special energy. To fully experience the culture of Japan, we recommend to visit everything!
